He took the time to explain the features, etc. We returned the following day to make a choice / purchase based on his salesmanship. When I told him that really wanted a specific model but was having trouble justifying the price difference, he informed me of special rate due to some floor moves. The special rate put the mattress into a more reasonable rate and we made a deal! I'm very happy we stopped back in! Thanl you Jaime!!
