Tim explained to my husband and I the different mattresses in regards to what he felt was a good choice for us, being we are both side sleepers. I liked the options having my feet elevated. My doctor recommended to have my feet elevated for my lower back pain. Tim was especially friendly and did not pressure us to decide which mattress we wanted. I can't say enough good about our -shopping experience.

I’ve been dealing with chronic neck pain and Tim took the time to help me find the right pillow, which wasn’t an easy job. Tim had me try EVERY pillow that they sell and observed me lying on each one to make sure my alignment was as best as it could be. I was so impressed with his level of knowledge and patience. I felt so comfortable working with him and I will absolutely be going back to Tim for any sleep guidance I need in the future. Truly blown away with the customer service I received yesterday!
