I want to start with I NEVER write reviews partly because they take too long and partly because I expect good service from customer facing jobs. That being said, I had to take time to acknowledge the customer CARE given by the staff at Furniture Row. They listened intently to what I needed and acted accordingly. I mentioned I didn’t bring my husband because he likes to be out of the store in 5 minutes. Throughout the course of my visit I found pieces I wanted my husband to see. The next day Austin and Crystal were waiting for us to arrive and they remembered he does not like to shop and had him out of the score in 8min but without making it seem like they were rushing! He was so happy! This is only part of my experience. The response would be too long if I add everything they did to model terrific customer care. There was another guy there, I believe he was the manager but he was amazing too. I literally plan to make them customer care certificates! You Rock!
