I really appreciated that. He also was very straightforward about the pricing, and he understood that I wanted to visit other stores and chew over my decision for several weeks. I eventually settled on their Denver Elite Medium mattress. Now I have even better things to say about Louis. I had not been sure whether to get the Elite Medium or the Elite Firm, and it turned out the Elite Medium was too soft and was bothering my joints. I called today to switch out the mattress under the Denver Mattress 365 Night Better Sleep Guarantee, and in only about five or six minutes, he set up the exchange. I really recommend Louis and Denver Mattress. Their sleep guarantee is genuine. All you have to pay is for the difference in price in the exchanged mattresses and a re-delivery. That’s a big relief if you realize after a month of sleeping on the mattress that you made the wrong decision.
