He helped me work with the delivery guys to get our new bed dropped off the day we moved into our new place even though the time wasn’t showing available. Above and beyond. Then explained the benefits of the mattress and how it was constructed, then explained the remote for the adjustable frame . My dog Hazel liked him also !
