We opted for the white glove delivery service, and it was absolutely worth it. The delivery team arrived on time, were incredibly professional, efficient, and warm. They had everything set up in under 15 minutes, with zero hassle. It’s rare to see that level of care and speed combined. Highly recommend both the store and the white glove option!

He has been so incredible in the mattress buying process. Our original mattress did not work out unfortunately and Steven invited us back down to look at other ones. He is SUPER knowledgeable and just so sweet and helpful! If you are in the market for a new mattress PLEASE go see Steven! You won’t regret it!

The first time we picked out our mattress Josh was extremely helpful in guiding us through what we may or may not like and guiding us on how we should sink in on the mattresses and the pillows. The mattress was great the first few months and then it started to give us numbness on our sides, so we went back in and someone else helped us at first. We unfortunately cannot remember his name but he was extremely helpful as well. He helped us through different mattresses and options for us. We went back home to decide and the next time we came in Josh helped us again and was very understanding and helpful with our dissatisfaction with the first mattress. He helped us again to get the comfort warranty and we were able to get a new mattress that we are liking so far! The manager also was extremely kind in offering a discount on a higher priced mattress as well. Overall everyone was extremely helpful and kind and made the process both times extremely easy to get through. Hopefully we do not have to come in anytime soon with our new mattress but our next mattress would definitely be from Denver Mattress!
