Instead, Janet scooped us up and gave us a much needed guiding hand. She helped us pick one we think will fit us best, and stayed late to do so. This location has a true gem in her. There was a young man that stayed to help us as well- they made the process so streamlined. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people!

It's their job to sell, but the pushiness can make me not want to purchase. Theron was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He understood what I needed and what I didn't. He's great! - KLKari LewisOct 16, 20255.0Rob and Dylan were so helpful in finding our brand new mattress. They took their time to really understand our needs and dissatisfaction with our current setup. We came in on Saturday with our toddler and as you can imagine, we didn’t really get the chance to sit down and talk with Rob as a couple. He offered our daughter a little toy and was completely patient with us as we navigated shopping and having her with us. He got us to mostly narrow down our choice for our return (toddler less) on Wednesday. When we just missed Rob that day, Dylan jumped right in and finished our transaction. He re-explained anything we may have missed while chasing our toddler around on Sat and was completely transparent about pros/cons of some of the more expensive bases. He never once tried to upsell us. Huge thanks to both of them for giving us such detailed guidance.

We have been sleeping on a Tempurpedic mattress for 13 years and decided it was time for a new one. We were greeted by Phil St. Germain as soon as we walked in the front door. Phil was amazing in helping us choose a new mattress that would suit our needs. When he said he was going to blow our minds when he had us lay down on a mattress and then used the remote to slightly elevate our heads and feet....our minds were indeed blown. Neither my husband nor myself knew we liked that sleeping position until that particular moment. Phil was super knowledgeable and gave us a ton of great information and advice to help us make an informed decision. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and can't wait for our new mattress and base to arrive!!!! Thank you again Phil for taking such good care of us and helping us make the best decision for our sleep needs. 😁
