  I just had an amazing customer experience with Conner. I was calling to repurchase a bed my mother has in Austin for her in Colorado. Unfortunately, the store in Austin closed and we were not able to get the records for past purchases. Conner painstakingly helped me determine what she likely had and then helped me pick out something for her here in Colorado. I had a lot of questions around functionality of different bases and mattresses and he answered all of them thoroughly without trying to sell me on something I didn't need - just the facts and features which I so appreciated! No wonder my mother has been such a loyal customer of Denver Mattress for years! Thanks for making what could have been a really negative experience into a super positive one!

  First time buying a mattress since college. I already knew what I was looking for more or less but Connor helped explain everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. He helped me select the right mattress from within the line my chiropractor recommended and sold me on an adjustable base and some pillows. I have not taken delivery yet but the in-store experience was far beyond what you get at most retail stores these days. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and will likely return for my next mattress.

  The show room was clean, spacious, and well laid out. Jake was knowledgeable about the mattresses. He was also able to set up the day for my long distance delivery request and set up. It’s my first Denver mattress. Ask me again in a couple of years about the mattress.

  We walked into this Denver Mattress location in search of information and in return we received expertise and excellence all in one great experience! The company representative that served us was named Jake, and he was a true professional. His expert knowlege in all of the product offerings is, in our opinion, indisputably unmatched by any other stores that we visited on our journey. There was no question of ours that Jake could not answer. His patience with us was impressive as we had a tough time in deciding. Ultimately, it was through his expert presentations and customer involved demos that he helped navigate us across the finish line and into a very confident final decision! The facility is clean, the selection is great, and Jake as the company representative was unmatched in professionalism. Jake was responsive at all times we called, and the multiple visits we made, he kept his word and followed up with us in a very timely fashion with everything he said he would. Jake then handled everything necessary to get our purchase scheduled for delivery to our new house purchase which is over 70 miles away from this location! An absolutely top tier experience from start to finish. Bravo and well done Jake! we are so glad that we visited this location while it was under your watch! I highly recommend this location and this representative for your journey!

  My husband and I bought 2 mattresses. We worked with JAKE and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure unlike others we went to, including a different denver mattress location. We picked our mattresses up ourselves. Had a slight issue with the one in Boulder but contacted Jake immediately and he took care of us immediately and found another one close by. I hope his manger sees this review and knows what an asset Jake is to the company. Jake was very patient with us while we picked the right 2 mattresses. Never rushed us. Thank you Jake!!
