She really took the time to understand the kind of mattress that we were looking for, what type of features we need and didn’t need, and she showed us a number of different kinds so we could make an informed decision about what worked best for us. She was honest and transparent, and didn’t try to push us into more expensive beds that had things we didn’t need were features we likely wouldn’t use. She really just helped point us in the right direction and let us make the decision without any pressure or unnecessary sales tactics. Will definitely look for Angela again when the time comes to purchase another mattress.
