    Aldo was so helpful. I was just making a pillow purchase today but I received the same care and attention I received when purchasing a mattress a couple of years ago. Doctors choice pillows are amazing! Good price point for a quality pillow.

    Kevin was great! Steered us in the right direction but then left us alone to try beds out and we didn’t feel pressured at all to buy. $0 delivery fee (since they aren’t hauling an old mattress away) is extremely convenient for us, especially since we have lots of traveling coming up and were able to book a day that worked with our schedule. Also got a great deal from the Labor Day sale. The only pace I’ll go to buy a mattress in the future.

    Entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. Very willing to work with us to make sure we got a bed that worked for us and our price point. Mario in particular assisted us through the whole process and was extremely pleasant from start to finish. His sales approach was very genuine and I felt like I was truly receiving a personalized experience. Other staff including Lisa jumped in and out to help with various parts of the process and she brought the same knowledge and friendly attitude that helped show that the entire staff was all very cohesive.

    Our mattress shopping experience was pleasant and stress-free. Kevin was wonderful to work with and provided the appropriate amount of space to let us test each mattress, while also providing helpful information at every turn. If you’re thinking of shopping around at other stores, save your time, skip them, and come to Denver Mattress. We tried other stores, but the selection and service at Denver Mattress was by far the best. Definitely will be a customer for all future mattress purchases!

    I just visited the Denver Mattress off 6th Ave. I was hoping to run in and pick up a pillow my wife had ordered from them. They had contacted her to let her know it was ready to pick up. I was running errands after we had just returned from an end of Summer vacation. This included picking up our dog from the dog sitter and picking up groceries. I didn’t want to leave any of these things in the back of my car on a 90+ day, but I figured it would not take long to run in and get the pillow that was sitting there waiting to be picked up. I walked in and within a minute, a young man greeted me and looked up the order in the computer. He verified it was there and ready to be picked up, but he explained he was new and in training, therefore unable to walk back and get it for me. I indicated I understood and he assured me he would send another employee to get the pillow. There were only two other salesmen on the floor and they were each busy with customers. I get it. So I stood around for about 15 minutes, during which time no one said anything to me. At this point, I figured they had forgotten about me, so I politely said to the gentleman who originally helped me that I would come back at a better time. He was on the phone, but he’s smiled and nodded at me. As I started walking out, one of the other salesmen, possibly noticing something was wrong, appeared to snap into action. He asked what the issue was and I politely explained I was simply trying to pick up a pillow that had already been purchased. He seemed to shrug his shoulders and in an exasperated tone said, “Ok, well we’re all doing something…” He didn’t move a muscle to help get my pillow. I felt as though he was implying that I was the one being rude and unreasonable. So again, I merely said, “I’ll come back.” I get that a 1 star rating may seem vindictive, but in all honesty, I feel that I witnessed an extreme lack of customer service sensibility. It does not reflect well on this major retailer.
