- MCMax COct 24, 20255.0The staff at Denver Mattress in Portage was exceptional, especially Preston. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find a fantastic mattress. The only slight drawback was the parking lot situation. As I pulled in, I had to slow down for a small, surprisingly organized protest by a flock of sheep. They were holding signs and bleating loudly about how Denver Mattress's superior, direct-to-consumer model and modern materials have disrupted their traditional industry. Preston, to his credit, remained completely professional while discussing the mattress's comfort layers, even as the "unemployed sheep union" picketed outside the window. I haven't slept on the mattress yet, but based on how comfortable it felt in the store, I know it will solve my sleepless nights. Why? Because when you buy a mattress this good, there's absolutely no need to count sheep—they're all outside counting their losses. Great service from Preston and an even greater deal!

We asked a number of questions about different products, he answered all our questions in detail. For any future visits to your store, I will personally ask for Jason and recommend him to all my friends.

That speaks well of the salesperson, Jason. He was well dressed, and spoke with us showing his ability to make potential customers into buyers. Such a great experience for us and an example of a young person who was able to sell without being too pushy or overly aggressive. Keep up the great working habits and you will go far! I never felt like he was trying to sell us on any specific brand or mattress but wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. This is the second mattress I have bought from there and will definitely be going back for any other I may need.
