    Very impressed. The assistant manager Andrew spent the time with me to find exactly what I needed. I was skeptical about talking to a "salesperson" because they don't listen and just try to sell you the most expensive thing, but that wasn't the case with Andrew. He listened, answered the questions I had, and let me make my decision without pushing me to do something I didn't want to do.

    It was a great shopping experience! Kayla listened to what i wanted, presented me with a few options, explained the warranties and comfort guarantee, and have me time to think! No pressure, no stress. It was truly a pleasure working with her. They had every thing I wanted in stock, and I drove home happy and knowing I will definitely come back when I need more mattresses!!

    I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in, with no high pressure sales tactics. Keiton was very helpful and extremely patient, spending as much time as needed. I had searched high and low for this recliner or one like it in Phoenix, but no one even came close. Finding the chair and receiving such great service definitely made it worth driving to Show Low! I only wish Furniture Row would open a store in Phoenix!

    First they have a driver that can not find county roads and then gets a noticeable attitude and hangs up when I try to explain it to him. I have to have a sales person intervene. When they arrive my sectional sofa is piled on top of each other. I asked if that is the way they normally pack and I get zero respnce and plenty more attitude. I inform them that we need to move the old sofa and one kid says "you got 100 bucks". I said no and they loaded up the book case and left without another word. I called the store and Kalia the sales person I bought from does nothing but cover for this behavior. Kalia informs me that it is discretionary to move the existing furniture meaning we can pay a "tip". I asked Kaila if she thought moving a soffa 10' for $100 was fair. I tell Kaila we want a refund and she gleefully tells me I'll have to return all furniture to the store. Luckily the "delivery" guys took it with them. When I bought this furniture both Kalia and a guy at the store told us it was a 100 dollars to haul it off not set it on the porch. And sure enough the "contract" reads they won't move any furniture I guess without a tip. Dealing with unprofessional with a healthy dose of bad attitude is our experience with Denver mattress. We are in our mid sixties and I can tell you that we have never experienced anything remotely close to this behavior. If this store disputes any of this I can supply pictures and video from the time they arrived here. Update I spoke with Ryan Erby a regional manager (I believe) who behaved in a professional manner and assured us a total refund. The next week I stopped in Furniture Row (Show Low Az) and spoke to Andrew Landin the manager there. He never asked me about my experience and seemed wholly unconcerned about any of this. I asked Andrew why he never called me because I told 2 different employees, Kalia being one that I wanted to speak with the manager. They both told me he was busy and would call me. Andrew informs me he never got that message but did assure me that the refund will arrive the following week. The next week Fri. Which is today as I write this Update no refund check has arrived. My wife went into the store today and see if our refund had arrived. The manager wouldn't talk to my wife and sent the message of no refund yet through Kalia. These people literally have no problem signaling to us that they not only don't want our business but behave in a passive aggressive manner while we attempt to retrieve our refund. We got the message loud and clear and once we receive our refund this business will never have to deal with us again. Hopefully this review will help someone before they decide to deal with this outfit.
