  Friendly, Caring, and Obsessed with customer satisfaction! Don’t bother looking elsewhere, just come here! They have cut keys for me a few times and always take the time to make sure everything was done perfect. I had a key that was misaligned and sticking a bit when using it. They took the time to identify the correct pin positioning and cut me new keys that fit perfectly! They truly do go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right!

  We had someone come out to re-key a lock that we didn't have a key for. When we scheduled the service, we asked for a quote and were told they couldn't give us an estimate until the technician came out. Unfortunately (and this is on us), we didn't have the technician give us an estimate before they started work and the work ended up being 2x what we expected. Had we known the cost, we would have just replaced the lock ourselves, we had just assumed the re-keying was a similar price point due to our previous experience having doors re-keyed with other locksmiths. Mostly on us for not getting the quote when the tech arrived or pushing more for a ballpark quote when scheduling the service, but definitely a bummer that we didn't get the full information beforehand. For example, their service call is $95 and they didn't give us that information up front, other companies I've worked with are $50 or less. That alone would have changed our decision. They were able to fit us in quickly and the technician was friendly. We would still potentially use them again, but I would highly recommend making sure you get a quote in case it impacts your decision.
