When Regina showed up to our home it was very obvious that she had been in this industry for a long time.She brought to our attention to things that were so important about the process and outcome of our flooring project.Things we never thought about and she never rushed us.They had PERFECT communication from the first day on. She also arrive the day of installation , then a few days into the installation and the last day!! Most companies get the order and then you never see the owner again. We had such a great experience with the instalation crew. They arrived on time and were respectful of our home.They always had a big smile on their face and great attitude.Our flooring is absolutely beautiful and prices were excellent. To begin with, Regina was so easy to work with and very accommodating as I dithered between hardwood and carpet. Then when I needed to postpone the whole project several months, she had no problem renewing the original estimate. She actually brought samples out three times for me to choose from. The crew, Valentin and Antonio showed up on time, were very courteous and pleasant, moved all the heavy furniture from and back to all rooms, and were even thoughtful of my convenience while they moved. They worked fast and vacuumed behind themselves, so it was easy to settle back into my home after they left. I would highly recommend Denver Carpet and Hardwood...very pleasant people, good price, fast, meticulous work.
