I received a call from Arthur with Dennis Sullivan’s State Farm. I had been shopping for new insurance for a few weeks. After talking with him for just a few minutes, it didn't take long for us to communicate at a comfortable level. He asked me a few basic questions, comparing my answers with changes he could make and get better coverage, and a cheaper cost to for new coverage from State Farm. Since then, the service has been outstanding. Every single time I call, Desiree is such a huge help. She is always so quick to answer questions and makes everything simple. It is not just her though.
