  I normally do not write reviews. However my experience with Delta Transmission warrants a strong “Tip of the Hat”. Pricing was competitive, explanation of what to expect was clear, all questions answered (I suspect they kindly tolerated my lack of knowledge), and they completed all work on time. Warranty was much better than offered by competitors. Plus they did additional work to beef up performance ( not sure that works on all vehicles. I have 4 wheel drive 1/2 ton). Temperature readings are cooler than ever seen. So if you need tran work, I would highly recommend talking to Tim, or whoever is available.

  Very pleased with the service and the employees. Unfortunately, my transmission went out, but these guys took care of it in a very timely manner and didn't charge even half of what the dealership wanted. I highly recommend them if you are ever unfortunate like I was.

  they have realy friendly and helpful staff! they got my truck in fixed and back to me very quickly! i was impressed with their services thank you delta!

  I was visiting Conway from Texas and had my transmission go out. Tammy and Tim took great care of me by taking my frustrating calls and answering every question I had regarding my warranty issues. They finished the repairs two days ahead of what was expected because they knew I was out-of-town and in need of my vehicle. They did a great job on my vehicle and it drives like brand new. I highly recommend their services.

  The is business was referred by a neighboring business for transmission issues Tim and Tina were a joy to meet. They explained the process of transmission servicing and recommended just watching the fluid level as the transmission was acting normally No hard sell to get work done This is old school customer centric business. I highly recommend them
