  If I had to option to rate a 0 I would most definitely would . My cat was very sick he had pale gums, fever , lethargy, and wasn’t eating . He sat in his cat carrier for more than 6 hours before being seen . He ended up having to have a blood transfusion. He was hospitalized for a few days and then released with a horrible prognosis. They failed to tell me that my cats diagnosis was almost fatal and will never get better instead they handed me a pamphlet . They didn’t not educate me all they wanted was the 3,800 that I owed them . A week later I had to euthanize him . They were not compassionate and rude . Every time I asked a question it was an inconvenience. Everything was about payment

  Cat was dehydrated, not eating, and lethargic. Clinic took blood, hydrated cat, and prescribed medicine. Cat was so much better when I arrived home. Traveled almost an hour but well worth it. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience, my dog mommas had a wonderful experience, she came in very very sick and they treated her and a day later she was back on her feet, thank you so much delmarva animal hospital for getting my fur baby back on her toes again!

  I had to visit Delmarva Animal Emergency Center in the early hours on Thursday. I was met with a friendly smile by Gabriela. Dr Hunt was so professional and put me at ease. Helped me understand the importance of medication for UTI. Thank you all for putting this diabetic kitty Mom at ease.

  I bought my oldest dog to be euthanized. They put me in a room, came got him to prep. I had to ask what is process. I bought my second dog with a severe ear issue, not sure if it's infection but it looks really bad. Been sitting for 2 hours and told there is no telling how long I'd wait as it isn't emergency. Thankfully they came in to see her right after. They didn't have ear rinse and cleaned her ear with a Qtip. Staff is friendly and patient but a bit more communication would be helpful. For instance, 1 doctor on staff, there will be a wait. They can also give periodic updates. SMH But it's a clean facility and if you can't find a vet when your dog needs immediate attention and medication then it's worth it. Just be prepared to wait.
