We had a fantastic dinner at Delilah. Didn’t know anything about the place, didn’t have reservations or expectations, but the menu sounded good and it’s one of the few places at the Wynn that takes walk-ins. We were able to get a table on their patio, which is an enclosed room with no roof. A bit chilly but the space heaters warmed it up. We couldn’t see the stage but we could hear the music, and actually preferred the volume level outside vs the dining room, which is lovely and atmospheric but quite loud.
Service was excellent, and the food was so good, starting with the pillowy soft loaf of warm bread. We had the tomato & stracciatella and wedge salads, the chicken tenders, and a terrific rack of lamb. Too full to order dessert, but our server brought a couple of small plates and said something sweet was coming. I was surprised, but thought maybe they have a couple of small bites to finish the meal. Oh, no - they brought us a Slutty Brownie dessert, an absolutely sinful overload of chocolate, complete with stunning presentation as they pour the hot chocolate fondue over the chocolate sphere on top, which melts to reveal ice cream inside. We couldn’t finish it, but it was fabulous.

Food was very good but it took 45 minutes after eating the appetizers to get the entrees.
We were seated next to the stage and the band overwhelmed our conversations.
The bottle of wine seemed off, and never corrected even though we let it breathed. Sommelier would not taste the wine, even after we asked 3x. Manager did offer to replace the bottle.
For a $250/plate dinner, we were disappointed.

We come to LV regularly, this time we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We had our celebratory dinner at Delilah restaurant. We have eaten here several times before, but on October 21st it was a huge disappointment. The lamb chops were cold, the chicken main course and the crab salad were over salted. But the worst experience came at night, when I got food poisoning from the Vagyu tartar. I was on the toilet all night and couldn't leave the hotel room the next day, I was so sick. It ruined our last day before flying home. The service is 3 stars because after our complaint they lowered the price of the two main courses.

We LOVED the bubble brunch at Delilah!! The atmosphere was great and the band was amazing! They were playing jazz when we arrived and after a few, a couple of others joined them on stage & they performed some great oldies - including a little Motown. We started with With Love espresso martinis to go with the pastries, fruit and appetizers. We had Endless Bubbles with our entrees- Delilah Benedict. And just when we didn’t think we could eat anything else, the server brings out an assortment of bite-sized desserts! Everything was delicious!! We had an amazing time and look forward to going again the next time we’re in Vegas!

The worst service I ever received from a restaurant at this price point. Barely saw a server. As a chef I can say the 160$ beef Wellington was atrocious. Filet poor quality but cooked well. The preparation was nowhere near proper- beef Wellington does not have lettuce or some other green encasing the duxelles. The potato soufflé was like wall paper paste..horrendous! The crab and endive salad was well done but paltry. The worst part is I arranged for a US senator to dine there. The absolute worst dining experience in Vegas I have ever experienced.
