  I can't recommend DelGallo Country Pools enough. They answer their phones and emails timely and have A+ customer service. I had an issue with my pool pump earlier this season and was told by another company I should just go and buy a new pump. Well, my current pump was only 2 years old. DelGallo had let me know I was most likely under warranty still and followed up with the manufacture on my behalf. Chris came out within a week or so and fixed an additional leak in my plumbing that I was unaware of. If you're looking for a pool company who RESPONDS and is courteous, you'll want to work with DelGallo.

  DO NOT TRUST They promised me they would help me understand the new equipment and said they would not go on my property without me present. They went onto my property, turned on the equipment and BURNED out the machine because the filter/skimmer did not have enough water in the pool and as a new pool owner I was hoping they would help me understand what I needed to do RIGHT away. They did not do the right thing. The older woman on the phone when I called getting quotes seemed kind and believable. She said they are good guys and that I can trust them. Well, they are NOT. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I am in sales. So expect everyone to know not to use you. Also, they were 3rd on my list for pricing. They were not the most affordable for opening a pool. I only went with them because of the older woman and what she said on the phone. Never will recommend. ALSO they said they would come back in 2 days to check and NEVER CAME!!! Yet, still charged me.

  We’ve used Del Gallo for more than 10 years and consider them the best around. They are proactive and well organized and Chris and Wes are the most caring and efficient techs you will find anywhere!
