However, there were quite a few times where they dropped furniture because they were trying to take too much at once or didn't think about how to properly take it out from our patio and everything fell over. Left a lot of skid marks on our walls in our new house while taking the furniture inside. Furniture was damaged and certain parts were also missing. I called a month ago (a day or two after our move) to address this and was told I'd receive a call back. No call back. At this point, I've gotten replacement parts and tried to fix the damage on my own. Furniture is expensive. I paid good money for quality service and I provided generous tips. If I paid half of what the price was, I'd be ok with it and let it go. Not satisfied.
