  In general, (with a few exceptions, such as Nate) the staff is rude, both in the office and in the warehouse. If you call in an order and when you get there, they can't find your paperwork, they will argue with you like you never called the order in to begin with. When you drive around back, you will almost always end up in someone's way and they're not shy about letting you know that. When you walk into the warehouse with paperwork in hand, you might as well be a ghost. The warehouse workers will look at you, but go back to doing whatever they were doing. They need to work on their people skills, because when I come here I feel like a burden, not a customer.

  Called them to get a pole and they said it might be out in the yard and to come check in person they don't do that over the phone.

  Horrible experience the lady I was working with over the phone told me she was new and kept having to go and get answers which ended up getting me the wrong material which I should’ve noticed when I picked it up so that part is my fault but if she knew the material Better, I would’ve never even had to drive down to pick up realizing they didn’t have the material I needed then I called and asked to return it. They told me there was a 25% restocking fee which I said OK I took some responsibility for not getting the correct pipe Took the pipe back a week later and then they told me I only have three days to return it, which the person on the phone didn’t tell me that either now I’m stuck with the pipe and they take no responsibility for trying to at least help over the phone incorrectly or tell me I needed to return it within three days when I talk to the guy Not understanding at all will not use them for material ever again
