    Horrible service. Their driver showed up way too early on Monday, then kept coming back everyday even though we had agreed on Friday. Then he tried scamming the customer with waiting time by waiting outside of our business without presenting himself. We had to ask him who he was and confirm he was there to pick up our order. After opening his truck and not having the package loaded up within 5 seconds, he closes his door and tells us that he has been waiting 40 minutes already and that we made him late to his appointments... then he takes the time to argue an extra 10 minutes with us as he left his truck in the middle of the road. All the meanwhile, we had everything ready to go. We stood there with our box in hand and crate ready to get lifted in as he drove off and then stopped in the middle of the street to get off and yell some more. For a guy who is running late, he had no problem spending 10 extra minutes arguing with us. Stick with a reliable broker like Globex.

This company has repeatedly proven itself to be unreliable, disorganized, and unapologetically evasive when it comes to accountability. Despite receiving all booking information and the BOL well in advance, they failed to execute a simple pickup as scheduled. Instead of owning their failure, they defaulted to the classic finger-pointing routine, blaming the broker and fabricating a timeline that is easily disproven by a clear digital audit trail. It’s insulting how confidently they deny facts that are timestamped and documented. Their customer service is a frustrating blend of incompetence and dishonesty—offering canned apologies, empty reassurances, and zero tangible solutions. The result? A week-long delay that caused real operational setbacks and unnecessary financial losses on our end. This company lacks not only the logistical ability to do the job they’re paid for, but also the basic professional integrity to admit when they've dropped the ball. If you're looking for a freight partner who can actually deliver (literally and figuratively), look elsewhere.
