  Looking forward to moving in here... I am.moving from NY Staten Island. The staff are nice Stephanie and Jeremy. These guys truly accommodate their guests and give you the white color glove epierence from.supe to nuts... Stephanie has truly given me this is experience , go and see her she's the best. In my professional opinion she deserves more than 5 stars .. (Sam)

  Deco 969 is a Amazing place from the amenities to everyone on the staff, what they do on a weekly basis for the tenants is far more than any other place I've stayed and it's not even close if you're looking for a new home come to the Deco and talk to Stephanie Ruiz tell her marc sent ya'll and she will go far and beyond to make you feel at right at home..

  I had a tour with Jeremy today and it was so wonderful!! Jeremy was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I ended up deciding living here and I am super excited!!! Thank you!!

  First week at Deco couldn’t be going any better - this apartment is phenomenal. The building, amenities, community, and (most importantly) staff are out of this world! If you’re interested in living at the best spot in DFW, hit up Stephanie in leasing. Just like Deco as a whole, she’s the best!🙌🏻

  I had an excellent experience at Deco969 thanks to Jeremy, the leasing agent I worked with. He’s easily one of the best I’ve ever met in this process. Jeremy took his time with our tour, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly friendly throughout. What really stood out was how he went out of his way to accommodate a drop-in request so I could see our apartment again and take measurements. That kind of effort and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with Jeremy if you’re considering Deco969!
