  I wish i could give no stars. I started my journey with John 1 1/2 years ago. At first we were on schedule and in sync with payments. My receipts always read that I paid him but thstvmy balance was always zero. What?! After a while I attempted to contact John to update my payment information. I never received a text, call or email after reaching out several times. It has been well over 7 mos and I still have not heard from john. And no one can ever catch him in that office. I wouldn't trust the company as after I stopped paying, checked the status of my debt. None of my balances have gone down. And now I'm out a good chunk of money that I have no idea where it went to. JUST DONT.

  John has been very helpful in helping me get back on track with my credit. When times get hard he understood and helped me not be late on my car payment and I appreciate that. Now that I'm back on track making regular payments to him my credit should be get better at a much fasterRate Thanks for your help!
