I'm an insurance dork, but everyone else in our office is freaking awesome. We have a happy space because we ENJOY each other and truly, madly, deeply love our community. (We want to treat you right because we will probs run into you at the grocery store -- so we love up on ALL our friends in Eau Claire, Altoona, Lake Hallie, Chippewa Falls, and everybody in between!) Don't expect to see 3-piece suits or stilettos when you visit... our goal is to make YOU look and feel really, really smart, not perch on pedestals displaying designer duds. Come see us downtown, have a bite to eat, catch a show at Phoenix Park and walk away with delightfully-scented auto, home, life, business, motorcycle, renters, condo, or PARROT coverage in town. - DGDelaney GreenOct 1, 20255.0I had been prepping my home for days before my knee surgery, everything from scrubbing floors to getting my kittens spayed and neutered. The day before my own surgery, I drove to the vet clinic to pick up my kittens. I tried to back into a parking spot at the vet clinic when I arrived so I would not have to walk so far with two cat carriers on a bad knee, but I scraped a Jaguar backing in. The guy was very nice, but I was upset. I haven't had any kind of accident in 20 years, and to have one when I was tired and just wanted to take my babies home was too much. I actually cried--and I don't cry very often. On top of that, I did not have my insurance card with me because it was just going to be a quick stop to get my kittens and home again. I called my agent in town, who called the claims office, whose extremely kind agent told me she had cats of her own and completely understood. State Farm took care of me *immediately* before I even left the vet clinic parking lot. Extraordinary company!
- DWDebbie WrightSep 8, 20251.0Last night we were on our way home from Stoddard WI and 1 mile out we blew the back right tire on our 1933 Chevy Street Rod we called Triple A around 5:00 and told them what had happened and we would need a Flatbed to tow our car to Strum as it could not be driven wr had no spare, they told us they would take care of it we waited two hours finally calling them back we were told they had no one available we finally had to call a friend who contacted someone with a flatbed Tacoma down and get us. We are not at all impressed with your dedication to your customers three friends when we told them what happened said if that is how you handle things they would be dropping there insurance as well.

So, we made the move to State Farm. Then, when someone sideswiped my parked vehicle, State Farm made everything so easy! Everything went as seamlessly as I could hope. Thank you Deb and Casey!
