  I recently purchased a new vehicle in Louisville, KY. While at the dealership, I contacted State Farm to cancel traded vehicle insurance and obtain full coverage insurance for the new vehicle. Jamie immediately responded and was extremely helpful executing this process. Her knowledge and explanation of each step within the process was professional and friendly. Jamie was very patient answering my many questions and I was confident I had full coverage driving off the lot. Thank you Jamie!
