  With De Smet insurance agency I have always felt like a VIP client, even though I am a very small account for them. Response time to questions I have is usually within minutes, they really just make you feel like family. The owner will talk to you directly anytime of day, explain policies thoroughly and I feel has always had my best interest. I can't say enough good things about this family. Wonderful, awesome, professional, caring individuals who will always have my business.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Tim, Pam, and Jean (The De Smet Agency) for over 25 years. I have always received outstanding customer service and they have represented top notch insurance products when providing my needs for Home / Auto and Life insurance. Tim has always been proactive in making sure I am insured with the right policies and at the right level.   Sometimes bad things happen to good people, and when they do, you'll be glad you have Tim, Pam, and Jean to help you through the process. After totaling my car earlier this spring--stupid deer-- it was sometimes difficult to jump through all of the insurance and banking hoops. Tim and his staff were instrumental in acquiring a rental car for me, extending my rental timeframe, and assisting me in settling my claim. While the NATIONAL insurance company I was with was not always easy to deal with, I was fortunate that Tim and his staff were skilled and effective in buffering and solving the issues. Thank goodness there was someone LOCAL looking out for my best interests! If you are looking for a competent and qualified local agent, I strongly recommend this agency.
