De Keyser just put in a water lateral for us. Kurt, Bryce and the team were fantastic. I was surprised by the excellent clean up to restore the yard at job completion. At first I thought the pricing seemed to be a little high. When they showed up and I saw all the equipment it takes to do the job, I totally understood the price. Once the job was complete they said it went better than expected and had a reduction in price. They are so easy to business with. Exceptional company. Thanks Kurt.

Had a water main break infront of my house late one night, De Keyser crew was out the next day and had it all fixed/ cleaned up/road hot patched, before I got home from work...
My sump pump use to run pretty much steady for years....! Must of been a leak and the water followed my lateral to the house, no leaks any more. Thanks for the fix boys!

What's the difference between a water lateral and a sewer lateral?
A water lateral connects a home or business to a public water supply, while a sewer lateral connects a home or business to a public sewer system.
Who is responsible for the ownership, maintenance, and repair of water and sewer laterals?

What are the signs of a defective private sewer lateral?
If your home is experiencing blockages or sewer backups, or sewage overflowing into the environment, your private lateral may be defective. Sinkholes also can be a sign of faulty laterals.
How do I maintain my private sewer lateral?
Clear roots, grease, debris, or other blockages in the lateral to the connection with the sewer main. This may require assistance from a plumber or the installation of a cleanout – a vertical pipe from an underground lateral to the ground’s surface that is installed for maintenance access. Remove any illegal stormwater connections to the sanitary sewer system. Improper connections include roof downspouts, groundwater sump pumps, foundation drains, and drains from window wells, driveways, etc. This extra water may overload the sanitary sewer system and cause sewage overflows or basement backups.
