  Dawn put her sign on my lawn Monday, Tuesday it hit the internet, with 166 visits, and took until Wednesday afternoon to get a full price plus, cash offer. Felt I owed it to Dawn to accept it ~ if you believe that I got a bridge too. I'm not sure that I could feel any better and happy with my Realtor. Wanna sell or buy a property?   We highly recommend Dawn Dell as your agent. I’ve never met a more personal, knowledgeable and keep in touch person for selling your home. She took her time to advise us, room by room, on how to set up our home so that it would appeal to buyers. Her photographer was very professional resulting in showing off each room. Cheryl, Dawns assistant, always responded to our calls. She was very helpful in keeping the process moving and answering our questions. We feel that Dawn Dell and her team will go out of their way to sell your house

  When my son and his wife bought a house, their first, they bought one with a problem that was unseen. A new septic system had been installed prior to the purchase, but when they went to take their first shower, the drain backed up. They went through the motions of contacting the septic company that installed the new system, as well as a plumber, but all they wanted to do was point fingers at each other. After more than 4 weeks of the nonsense, I contacted my friend Dawn Dell for advice. Although Dawn wasn't the agent for either party in this instance, she quickly stepped up and put us in touch with DNS Home Inspections. From there the ball got rolling and to make a long story short, a second septic tank was installed to accommodate the master bathroom, which had never been hooked up to the main drain for the first septic tank. None of us can express enough our appreciation for Dawn and her willingness to help this young married couple with their first home, even though she didn't have to. It proved to us how much she truly cares for the integrity of her industry. Thank you Dawn.

  Be Careful with Aixa DeJesus. She is the worst realtor you can hire. She was doing business with the seller, trying to buy the items in the house that were part of the contract that I already had with the seller. I had to hire an attorney to represent me because she wasn’t doing her job as the buyer's realtor.
