  Wonderful customer service and action time! I desperately called on a Tuesday to get a property I manage under a service contract after the original installer continuously dodged my calls. Kelsie wasted no time getting this together for us including contacting the county for answers I didn't know (which were a lot) about the system, getting the maintenance contract drafted, paid, inspected and sent out to ALL the required parties to ensure we were in compliance in less than a week. Now, this week, a different septic system, for a different property, was having issues. Again, I called and again, Kelsie answered the first time- no voicemail, no machine, no third party answering service, no "I'm in a meeting" response. They are getting us taken care of today and we (us and the tenants) could not be more grateful for their quick response time. Davis continues to surpass our expectations, and we will be using them as our top approved vendor for our management and real estate company. Thank you, Davis!!!

  This company will provide you with awesome service, they truly care about their customer. They came out Monday, worked several hours on my clogged pipes, then came back on Tuesday, pumped out my Septic Tanks and more work from Monday. Then today Wednesday came back by the house checking to ensure all was good. Now that everyone is a company that cares.

  Aerobic septic replacement for a 1985 traditional septic (40 years old). Home size 3 bedrooms/2 baths, 1200 square feet on .710acres. Approximately two week project, done in between heavy rainstorms. Field work team members: Brandon, Braxton, Cody, Hagan, Hunter, Kamon. Office manager: Kelsey. The new septic tank was manufactured in Texas by Buchanan Dam Septics, and the driver and crane operator was Javi. The dump truck driver was David from Pilati Construction. Equipment used: Backhoe, skidsteer, pump truck, dump truck, mini excavator with hydraulic drill and shovel. Brandon spent hours drilling into multiple layers of limestone and other rock. The hole was about 7 feet deep. Brandon Davis and his team worked tirelessly and answered all of my numerous questions. I understand replacement systems can be more of a challenge due to established landscaping, plumbing, and fences. Brandon and team made it look easy. The switchover from the old septic tank to the new one took about one hour with no sink or toilet use. I highly recommend Davis Septic Services. They do excellent work!

  Pumped out our aerobic septic tank. The technician Kamon was very efficient and explained what he did very well. Highly recommend!

  Great experience with Davis Septic. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer all my questions without second guessing themselves. They walked me around and showed me the location of everything in my septic system. They did great work and cleaned up better then expected. I would recommend them and I will be using their services again. Thanks Another great experience with Davis Septic.
