- TBtaegan bunton1 day ago1.0Dropped my ring off at your store August 17th. Received confirmation August 31st that they received the ring and my payment at DRS NY and began repairs and to “allow approximately 31 days” for my repair to be completed. (All that needed to be done was to add 2 tiny diamonds and a cleaning) I have received a different answer everytime I call to ask for a status update. I was told October 14th that my ring was completed and ready to be shipped and the girl said she would reach out to the team to see when it will be shipped and call me back tomorrow. I have received ZERO communication about this so I call back today and talk to someone new who tells me my ring is in fact not completed. Then talk to someone else named Ruth who informed me they broke my ring trying to repair it and have to start over on October 16th and she would make sure it’s back by at least October 22. At this point I just want the ring back and will take it somewhere locally to be repaired. Today is November 3rd and I called back for the 100th time just to be told they will reach out to the service team to check on an update. Never ever drop a ring off at David Yurman for repair whatever you do.
- DSD SSep 29, 20251.0Worst service ever. There were two male attendants, and not once did either of them ask if we needed help. It was as if our presence didn’t matter at all. Their loss—because I took my business (and my money) somewhere else, where I was actually treated with respect.

The thoughtfulness and patience from salesperson Nickola Walker was beyond my expectations. She was so patient with my hubby and I and helped in styling 3 pieces for me to take home. I plan to purchase my next two items from Nickola and have them shipped to my home in California, that is how great her service is 😍
