Terrible customer service from SA Michelle, she was rude and made me & my family feel unwelcomed and just had an attitude the whole time seeming like she did not care to actually help from when she had approached us. Every other associate in the store was beyond helpful, very welcoming and kind but she seemed like she could not be bothered and kept saying “I’m not sure id have to check” for certain pieces and proceeded to not even bother checking and saying “whatever we have is over there”. Not once did she help put on any pieces when she clearly saw I was struggling each time. Overall very strange, awkward, and unwelcoming interaction and would return to speak with other associates who actually speak and care about their customers and their experience. Towards the end of my experience she said she needed to help a customer that’s been waiting a while (then why approach us first when you’re already helping somebody?) had such an attitude, bad tone, and walked away in a rude demeanor, ridiculous.

I’ve been here a handful of times and can confidently say this Yurman location is exceptional and just as you’d expect for a flagship. The jewelry collection is robust and unique, but what truly makes this location amazing is its stellar customer service. Yulieth is attentive, warm, knowledgeable, and funny. I also chatted with Vito and Kelly who were similarly kind and attentive. 10/10 recommend!
Pro tip: this is a flagship location in a highly frequented shopping area, if you want a Brand Ambassador waiting for you upon arrival, you can book an appointment online in advance.

Horrible service, and understaffed. Glad they have a doorman but couldn't get a sales rep to acknowledge us. Totally different level of service over at Tiffany's.

I had an exceptional experience coming in with a sincere welcome from Kelly. The store is impeccably, beautiful and for any David Yurman collector, you should at least visit this stylish sophisticated boutique.
