  I had such a great experience at the David Yurman store in Bellevue! Marco was incredibly helpful in finding the exact bracelet I wanted and even arranged for it to be delivered to my home. He kept me updated throughout the process and followed up to make sure I received it on time. I really appreciate how genuinely he cared about my experience and whether I was happy with my purchase. Excellent service—thank you, Marco!

  Marco is extremely rude and condescending. I told him I was in a huge rush, and instead of handing me my online order, he gave me a lecture about purchasing directly from the store and how I shouldn’t have purchased online because that means that the store won’t get any sales and how I did my order incorrectly. He asked to see my ID multiple times before handing me my order, and made me try my bracelet on before leaving even though I explained to him that I had purchased from David Yurman before and that I know my sizing and what suits me. He is extremely patronizing and needs to be fired. He also had to be reminded to properly package my order instead of handing the bracelet to me directly.

  I had a fantastic experience at this David Yurman location earlier today. I stopped by to enter their current promotion, and from the moment I walked in, the service exceeded my expectations. Marco was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the brand. He took the time to walk me through several beautiful pieces, sharing insights and even pointing out some of his personal favorites. He was so kind, and patiently helped me try on a variety of rings, all of which were stunning. I’ll definitely be returning to work with him again and highly recommend!!

  I would not recommend purchasing jewelry from the David Yurman store in Bellevue. I bought a titanium ring and noticed quality issues with very light usage within just two days. When I attempted to return it, the store manager refused, stating, “I need to be able to sell it to other customers.” It’s concerning that they would consider reselling a ring with quality issues. Their refusal to honor the return policy left me deeply disappointed with their customer service and business practices.
