Austin was attentive, fun & the most helpful representative we could’ve asked for! Mo was so sweet & attentive, she answered a few of our phone calls and took the time to congratulate my fiancé & myself during our appointment. Everyone there will make you feel special & well taken care of!

However, I’m not sure if the gentleman at the door is employed by David Yurman, but when I came in to pick up my online order, I was told not to stand near one of the showcases while looking at items. There were other customers browsing in the same area.
- AAAmyJul 13, 20255.0Five stars for Carlos for being such a fantastic sales associate! I came in wanting to get a bracelet as it was my birthday month. Carlos greeted me and immediately jumped in with showing me and helping me try on different bracelet types. As I tried them and gave feedback, he tailored different choices and let me try on so many different combos, chains, etc. At the end, I was able to get 2 beautiful bracelets and have not stopped wearing them since bringing them home. The jewelry is great quality, but truly the experience I had at this store makes it so much better. I even got tips on how to put on the bracelets and they were so patient with me practicing. Definitely would want to come back to purchase other pieces of jewelry in the future!
