This is one of my husband’s favorite jewelry brands, so while we were walking around, we decided to stop in & check out some of their new pieces. Rocky helped us and was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, kind, and provided top-tier customer service. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer complimentary cleanings, so we left my husband's necklace and bracelet to be cleaned while we continued to shop. When we came back, everything looked brand new! It was such a smooth and thoughtful experience from start to finish. Shoutout to Rocky for making our visit so enjoyable—this level of service is exactly why we love David Yurman!
