Absolutely loved my experience at this store! I was welcomed by the team with a smile! Everyone was helpful and friendly! Genuinely interested in helping me find a few pieces that matched my style and what I was looking for! Super recommend it!

Poor customer service. I would rather drive to the David Yurman in Nashville at the Mall at Green Hills than shop here again.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this store. From the moment I walked in, they were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills—no greeting, no smiles, just blank stares. I explained that my ring, a special 60th birthday gift, had a defect because it cracked when it got caught on hangers while shopping. Instead of showing concern, they brushed it off, saying they’d “send it back” for evaluation. When I mentioned it was a gift, I believe the estimated ring’s value is at $150–$200 and told me they’d only contact me if repairs exceeded $200. I felt the situation warranted a simple replacement, but they showed no willingness to make it right. When I said I wouldn’t pay over $200 for repairs, the staff member threw the ring back into my bag without care. This experience was not only unprofessional but also left me with a poor impression of David Yurman’s customer service and product quality. For a luxury brand, I expected better. Sadly, I won’t be shopping with them again.
