  We had a wonderful experience in David Yurman. Our wedding anniversary is coming and being on vacations from a small US city we were shopping for a diamond ring in Vancouver. Sells representative, Ms. Kendy Chan was the most helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. However, at some point it became obvious that we will not make a purchase in Canada (12% tax rather than 6% and possibly duty on the border). Regardless, she gave us the most of attention. After returning to the US, we ordered the same ring from New York city. We were very impressed with Ms. Chan’s fantastic customer service and her dedication to David Yurman and its customers. Thank you Kendy. Thank you very much.

  Bought two bracelets from them over the holidays! The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. My SA was Claire. She managed to order me the green bracelet just in time before Christmas! I ended up returning one of the bracelets to which they were very much understanding. I exchanged it for the pave diamond instead. Highly recommend the location and ask for Claire! She was super helpful.
