  Black customers, be cautious at this location. I was ignored twice, not greeted by staff, and watched multiple white customers who came in after me get helped immediately. When someone finally approached us, we were rushed, and the associates didn’t even understand the sizing I was asking for. The way I was treated made it feel like I couldn’t afford anything in the store. So we left and went to Tiffany instead and ordered Hardware bracelets over the Madison because at least they treated us with respect.

  I recently got earrings from David Yurman as a birthday gift for my brother’s girlfriend. Rene M. helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was polite, friendly, and made me feel really welcome. Plus, his knowledge about the jewelry made choosing the perfect piece so much easier. A wonderful shopping experience overall!

  I bought an 18K pendant at this store. The customer service was top notch. Kudos to Lida and Samir. They really know how to treat their customers and make them happy and welcome. Thank you.

  We came looking for chains and rings with my parents and were pleasantly surprised entering the boutique and being taken care of amazingly by Rene! He was truly amazing and provided true a 5 star service. He also sourced a specific ring sold out everywhere for my dad which was amazing as he had been looking everywhere for it ! Thanks again and looking forward to shop here
