- VDVanessa DuranOct 5, 20251.0I ordered a bracelet online and the next day I called to see if I could pick it up in ‘20 min” the person on the other line did inform me that it hadn’t populated yet BUT I could come in and she will be setting aside my piece for me, so, I show up within 20 min and when I arrive they say they can’t give it to me yet as it hasn’t populated and if I wanted I could REPURCHASE it and they would decline my online order which would mean those funds would take up to 7 business days to come back to my card. What I don’t understand is why they didn’t just tell me on the phone (her name was Ana) that I could come in but they will not be able to release the item yet, instead of leading me to believe otherwise. When I arrived at the store this “Ana” person pretended like she didn’t say that which frustrated me even more. Horrible customer service. Still waiting to pick up said bracelet.
