  I have purchased maaaaaaany items from a David Yurman store at a different. I was advised to go to this location to exchange a ring. ***BAD DECISION*** The associate who was helping me try on multiple items accused me of stealing a ring. Soon after she came from the back from cleaning my jewelry, she questioned about a missing ring that SHE MISPLACED!! She commented by questioning me a second time by saying, "Are you sure you don't have it?" Keep in mind that I was with a friend and he walked to the glass casing and pointed to the ring she loosely threw in there. No apology was given until I questioned her while I was in the process of large purchase if this store was based on commission. She immediately said, "Yes!" and I immediately told her that I will purchase the item elsewhere. At that moment, she began apologizing and saying, "I didn't mean for you to take it the wrong way." I told her to continue with my return. She went to the back and sent the manager out. Smh!!

  Have always had a wonderful experience at the Forum Shops DY store. But Udelle and the other sales ladies outdid themselves this time. I realized I lost a charm I had just purchased. I immediately contacted Udelle and the search began. They found it just outside the next store. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! We will definitely be back.

  Jasmine made my whole day!! What an incredible DY experience. Jasmine made recommendations and assisted me with multiple options within my price range. I tried on several items that I was interested in and ended up purchasing 2 lovely rings and a bracelet to add to my stack! She will be my go-to gal for all things DY in Vegas!! What a lovely human to connect with. 💛
