A beautiful store! I love every piece that I’ve gotten here and be sure to take advantage of their free jewelry cleaning services.

Nice products, but after ordering a product, nobody will call you to discuss your order arriving / nobody will answer the phone. My order was to arrive last Wednesday, and I can’t get any attention from the store. They have voicemail but nobody will return your call. In my opinion, a high end jeweler should take better care of their customers.

This review has nothing to do with the store itself, but the brand is terrible. I have multiple pieces that break after very little wear. David Yurman does not warranty any of their pieces, so any kind of repair is your responsibility. The reason is because they know their jewelry is trash and will break very quickly. Quality is trash, customer service is trash, you’re just paying for a brand that honestly means nothing anymore. Lagos makes much better quality and is very similar style.

Oh John—so-called manager—and team, the lack of awareness and basic customer service was truly underwhelming. When I walked into the store, there was only one other customer present, yet not one of the three employees acknowledged me. Instead, the manager chose to sit in the “bridal section” rather than offer a simple greeting.
The only attention I received was after I pointed out I had been completely ignored. For you to argue about this experience is basic. David Yurman is sold in all major stores—hence no one has to deal with your lack of service.
Rude and unacceptable.
