Went to buy a gift for my wife. Ericka made the experience a TORTURE to be there. It was like she was doing me a favor. DY, please train your staff to better handle your customers. Oh also, she said that she couldn’t order the size I wanted without a purchase because DY was trying to save on Fedex costs. If this is the case I don’t want to buy jewelry of a maker that is going bankrupt. 👎🏼

I’ve had a terrible experience the last two visits at this location. Both times I’ve waited over 10 minutes until I finally asked a sales associate for assistance. This is extra frustrating since there were people walking in after me who were helped before me and offered refreshments.
Even when I was finally helped after I went out of my way to ask for assistance, the service was very cold and it felt like they were being inconvenienced. I have multiple pieces from DY, but every time I wear them now, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Tyson’s DY associates, please do better.
If you can, go to the City Center DC location instead. I’ve always had good experiences there.

My fiancée and I had a great experience. What started out as a trip to have part of her collection cleaned ended with a purchase of a new piece. Our salesperson was named Yuliia B. and she was very friendly and extremely helpful. You should definitely ask for her when you visit.
