  5 stars for Angel at David Yurman! He had so much patience and truly amazing customer service while helping my husband pick out a new bracelet. Angel took the time to show us all the different options until we found the perfect one. I originally came in just to get my jewelry cleaned and ended up leaving with something new thanks to Angel’s help! Such a great experience from start to finish.

  ce the necklace, for sentimental reasons I choose to keep the one I have, you offered to repair it. Great! Thank you. What is frustrates me is i received a email that said it would be ready in 2 weeks and I would be notified if there was a delay. I haven’t received that follow up. It’s been 4-5 weeks now. I’m also frustrated that it broke in the first place from a normal interaction with the necklace. It makes me uncomfortable because a reasonable person would doubt my story. How could the necklace break while I rotate the chain around my neck? To be honest it makes me doubt the quality of your company. Since then, I’ve heard from management at Sethi in Mountain View. David yurmans jewelry breaks often and your repairs take a long time. So far you’re living up to what I hearing. It’s unfortunate that I’m getting the same experience. I’m annoyed that I can’t wear the jewelry I purchased so recently. I’m annoyed that after calling, they have been really bad about following up. Terrible!

  Good customer service, lady was nice even though I was in sweats and a hoodie, didn't feel judged. I have 2 rings from this place and the nice lady offered to have them restored (not for free obviously) I'll keep buying jewelry here.
