It's David Yurman. What else can one say?
My wife loves this stuff. But speaking completely objectively, while it's attractive, if you like this particular repetitive style, it is severely overpriced like much of this type of jewelry. You're buying a name, like Tiffany, not just a design.
As for this particular store, you can duck in and look around but you don't need to do anything but order from a catalog - and spare yourself an eager young salesman almist leaping at you from behind the counter.
Thus the 4 not 5 stars...

I had an amazing experience shopping for the first time at this location on July 6 2025. Angel, he was amazing at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and professional which made the shopping process stress-free. I will definitely return.

I love all my David yurman pieces. I got my first one a year ago and tried to reach out to the sales rep that helped me but got no reply. I walked into the store today and was happily greeted by Cindy, she took the time to shop with me and help me add to my collection. She didn’t know me but quickly got a feel for my style and what I was looking for. She brought me many beautiful pieces to try on that were exactly my style. She didn’t rush me at all and made my experience so special. I finally chose my pieces and told her it was a birthday gift and when packaging everything up she brought me chocolates and champagne. I was really impressed with Cindy and look forward to going back to see her to add more to my stack! 10/10 experience!

It’s unfortunate but my first purchase with DY will be my last. I was told by the associate that shortening of a bracket was complimentary. So I went home, few days later texted the SA I bought with to help with the request as the website was glitching. He said he would text me the next day. Never heard back from him. called customer service to initiate a service. Was told it’s complimentary. Sent the bracelet off and got an email a week later stating it’s $140. I declined the service and called the store. Was told by manager they have to approve and comp repairs. I don’t live there so I’d have to get the bracelet back, send it to the store and then have them send it out again. No thanks. Another week goes by and I get an email from DY stating they would comp the service for the confusion. More times goes by, no bracelet. Try to contact customer service by chat, email, phone and can’t get anyone. I have never had so much trouble with a luxury company. This is wild. Mainly it’s 20% the store and 80% the company but I never would have brought the bracelet if I had know it would be like this.
