  I went to the store yesterday to pick out a ring, and my experience with Morris was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked in—just a few minutes before closing—he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel completely welcome. Even though it was late, he remained patient, professional, and eager to help. Morris took his time showing us several beautiful options, explaining details clearly, and making sure we found something we truly loved. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. What stood out the most was his genuine hospitality—he never rushed us and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. My husband was also browsing earrings, and Morris went above and beyond to assist him too, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring he found exactly what he wanted. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, product knowledge, and kindness so seamlessly. Overall, we left the store extremely happy and impressed. The level of customer service Morris provided exceeded our expectations, and because of him, we look forward to shopping there again in the future. I would highly recommend asking for Morris—he truly made the experience memorable.

  Do not go to David Yurman! Go to JB Hudson instead, trust me… The people in there are gross, with the exception of Morris - They talk horribly about you as soon as you walk out, especially if you don’t buy anything. I did security there and I’m telling you, they are not who you want to buy jewelry from.
