  Went to browse men’s jewelry for a friend’s birthday present and had fast success. Paige Farina helped me and was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience efficient and enjoyable. I’ll be going back to her the next time I need a gift.

  I walked into this location intending to purchase the 3rd bracelet to complete my stack as well as the cable ring. I was asked if I needed help by a male associate and I replied yes actually, I’m looking for the cable ring. He replied back and said “well look around” with rude hand gestures and a nasty look on his face. If he didn’t want to help me he shouldn’t have asked. This is why I will continue taking my money to the short hills location. I walked out immediately and purchased nothing despite having my heart set on two items solely because of the salesman’s disgusting attitude. If you hate your job that bad then just quit.

  Horrible service here. Today, 8/24, I decided to enter a David Yurman store in SoHo New York. I approached the receptionist about getting an item cleaned and she said she would add me to the waitlist. After waiting for nearly an hour, an associate was ready to see me. I showed him the item to be cleaned (a small bracelet, nothing complex), and he said he would not be able to clean it today as it is busy. He said I could drop off the item and pick it up at a later date. This is not the service I was told would be provided upon purchasing the bracelet and has me reconsidering David yurman as my jeweler.

  I had a good experience at David Yurman. The manager lady was very helpful and kind. It was hot outside, and she offered us water, which was really nice. I bought a chain for myself, and I’m very happy with it. The service was great, and the store felt welcoming.
