We fully intended just to peek at a necklace I bought for a friends birthday online and from the second we stepped into the store we were greeted by Shaylee who was so incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming even knowing we were just in the store to see a necklace I’d already bought. I fell in love with another necklace and Shaylee kindly helped me try it on and really made me feel so beautiful in it! She brought champagne out for us while she wrapped up my purchase BEAUTIFULLY and these delicious chocolates and told us the story behind David Yurman which only made us love it more!
