  What a great experience getting auto insurance for my entire family! Our insurance agent Alexis was super professional and efficient. The follow-up and follow-through was excellent. We saved a lot of money for the same coverage!

  David must be good because Alexis was the best. I had a perfectly good insurance company for many years but Alexis gave me personalized answers to my questions (not scripted) and she clearly explained some new concepts (like stacking) that I had not previously understood that well. On top of the excellent service, the price was better. And then I saw that this is an office with regular people in a regular town, and sure, they work for "big insurance" but they themselves are insuring I do not feel that way. Thank you Alexis.

  Matt Kersey did a grand job of helping me. He was very patient to my understanding, carefully walked me through the entire process and made sure any questions were fully understood and answered.   I wasn’t sure how to go about getting rental insurance since this is my first time renting on my own. Alexis was so helpful and very pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions and I was able to get everything in place while on my lunch break. I am happy to have my auto and now renter insurance whth Mr. Underwood and his staff.
