My vehicle broke down ,and due to a change in coverage, my towing was not immediately covered. Lola took the time to call around to assist me in finding affordable towing. She went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were safe and not stranded on the side of the road. That was the best customer service that I ever received and I want to commend Lola for her compassion, her willingness and her empathy!!! Well done my State Farm team.
