- MPmihir patel5 days ago1.0My auto rate went up every month. When I got quote I was so happy as I got the rate I can afford. I told my agent multiple times is this rate without safe and drive and she agreed. I even got the device and I contact the agent again and she told me don’t worry about it and then turns out that discount went away and my bill went up for 2 -3 months straight. Now my bill monthly is atleast 50-75$ more than what I got a quote. Agent should have either told me that the rate she was quoting me is only if I get safe and drive and would have thought to get it. But agent told me don’t worry about it rate is without safe and drive and now my bill is up because I didn’t enrolled for safe and drive. Seems like just pure sales technique to get me sign up first.

Cade went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail of my coverage in my state to state transfer. What really stood out was his genuine care and willingness to make my experience not just easy, but actually enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, never rushed me, and made sure I left confident in my decisions. You can tell he truly values his clients and takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for an agent who treats you like family and works hard to make sure you’re taken care of, Cade is the one! I can’t recommend him enough; an amazing agent who truly represents the best of State Farm.
