Jamie helped me when I was looking for home and auto insurance. I really appreciated that she had an in-person appointment with me. I typically have a lot of questions so in-person works best for me. Jamie had an answer for every question that I asked. She was able to break things down to make sure I could understand what was being said. I really liked that they have an outward facing monitor so you can see what is going on when the documents are being filled in.
Outside of successful execution of the process, Jamie was very friendly and positive. I feel that her behavior was genuine. She was not pushy and I really appreciated that. Sometimes people try to push you toward way more than what you need and she did not do that. She asked questions to diagnose what was best for me. Her ability and effort toward small talk was very pleasant. Other places are sometimes uncomfortable because both parties are sitting in silence.
One thing that is not insurance related but that I appreciated was that, when I mentioned being a student, she asked for my field of study. It was then that I learned that my field offered opportunity in the insurance industry. Jamie actually set up an appointment with Dave Mader, the head of the branch.
I must say, anytime someone in Dave's position will make time to speak to you, you have found a Unicorn, and that is a good thing. Usually, when you want to talk about careers, you get deflected to a website or email address. I was able to sit down and speak to Dave about careers. I can not express enough about how much this confirms how significant taking care of people is to this branch. Dave made sure to answer every question I had. I believe he was 100% honest with all the answers he gave.
I would recommend this place to anyone that wants great customer service.
